Refund & Delivery Policy

APP TEAM ("APP TEAM", "we", "us"), based in India, sells digital software products — production-ready iOS app packages, source code, and related services. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").
We provide fair, conditional refund protection for verified incorrect product claims and major live-app changes. This page explains exactly what is and isn't covered so both buyers and sellers are protected.
1. Test before you purchase
Every product page links to the app's public Apple App Store listing. Buyers are strongly encouraged to download and test the live App Store version of the app before purchasing. Completing checkout confirms the buyer has reviewed the live application and the product details on this site.
2. Definition of Delivery
For the purposes of this policy, Delivery is considered completed once any of the following has been shared with the buyer:
- Source-code files (download or repository archive);
- Repository access (e.g. private Git repository invitation);
- App Store transfer invitation in App Store Connect;
- Signed download links to project assets; or
- App design assets, screenshots, or other deliverables listed on the product page.
After Delivery, refunds are only available under the specific conditions in Section 4 below.
3. Pre-Delivery refund window
Within 14 days of the order date, and before Deliveryhas occurred as defined in Section 2, you may request a refund and we will process it through Paddle. This is your protection window — use it to do final verification before we make any source code, repository access, or transfer invitation available to you.
4. Post-Delivery refunds
Once Delivery has occurred, refunds are available only in the following situations:
4.1 Verified incorrect product claims
A refund will be issued where the buyer demonstrates, with evidence, that the product page on this site materially misrepresented the app at the time of purchase, including:
- A core feature advertised on the product page is not present in the delivered code;
- Monetization capability described on the product page is not present;
- The delivered code does not correspond to the live App Store listing referenced on the product page; or
- Other factual details on the product page (genre, supported iOS version, frameworks) are incorrect.
Such claims must be raised within 7 days of Delivery with reproducible evidence (screenshots, code references, or short screen recording).
4.2 Major live-app changes outside the buyer's control
- The app is removed from the Apple App Store by Apple, through no action of the buyer, before the App Store transfer is initiated;
- The app becomes non-functional through no action of the buyer; or
- Core functionality described on the product page changes significantly between purchase and Delivery.
5. Situations where refunds are not available
After Delivery, we do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind;
- Buyer's failure to review or test the live App Store listing before purchase;
- Buyer's lack of technical skill to build, sign, integrate, or publish the project;
- Expectation of future updates, features, SDK upgrades, or iOS version support that were not described on the product page;
- App Store rejection caused by the buyer's Apple Developer account status, metadata, modifications, or post-purchase changes to the code;
- Buyer modifications to the source code that introduce bugs or compliance issues;
- Delays in integration, setup, or App Store submission on the buyer's side;
- Accidental purchase reported after Delivery has occurred;
- Any expectation of specific revenue, downloads, ranking, install volume, or other monetization outcomes (see our Earnings & Results Disclaimer); or
- Source code, repository access, or transfer invitations that have already been received by the buyer or anyone acting on the buyer's behalf.
6. Buyer responsibility
Buyers are responsible for independently verifying compatibility, monetization suitability, and App Store compliance for their specific use case before purchase. We provide accurate product information; we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on the buyer's marketing, account standing, code modifications, or App Store review decisions.
7. Technical support
Every purchase includes 7 days of limited technical support for setup and transfer-related questions. Custom development, feature requests, App Store publishing assistance, and long-term maintenance are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
8. Transferred apps
If your purchase included an Apple App Store transfer that has already completed, cooperation in transferring the app back to our developer account is required as a condition of any approved refund, so that ownership records remain clean.
9. How to request a refund
Refunds are issued by Paddle. You can request a refund in either of two ways:
- Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email used at checkout, and request a refund directly; or
- Email us at dhaval@appteam.in with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 1 business day and pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
10. Delivery process
- Code access is provided after payment verification — we email a secure, signed download link to the email used at checkout.
- Download links expire after 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads per app.
- For Complete App Package and Reserve-with-Escrow tiers, App Store transfer is initiated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Typical transfer completion is 1–3 business days; final timing depends on Apple's processing.
