Digital Delivery Policy

APP TEAM sells digital software products. This page explains how delivery works once your payment has been confirmed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

1. Delivery channel

  • Code access after payment verification — we email a signed download link to the email address used at checkout.
  • Fast digital delivery after successful purchase. There is no physical shipment.
  • Each download link is unique to your order, expires after 7 days, and allows up to 5 downloads.

2. When Delivery is considered completed

Delivery is considered completed once any of the following has been shared with the buyer: source-code files, repository access, App Store transfer invitation, signed download link, or app assets.

After Delivery, refunds are only available for verified incorrect product claims or major live-app changes — see our Refund & Delivery Policy for full terms.

3. License

  • Complete App Package: complete app package with transferable assets. Sold to a single buyer; once sold, the app is removed from our catalog.
  • Code Only: non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and publish the code under your own Apple Developer account. You may not resell the code as-is.
  • All third-party assets (icons, fonts, SDKs) bundled in the code remain under their original licenses.

4. Setup & support

Setup guidance is included in the documentation that ships with every package. Every purchase includes 7 days of limited technical support for setup and transfer-related questions only. Custom development, feature requests, App Store publishing assistance, and long-term maintenance are not included unless agreed separately. 5. Lost download links

If a download link expires or you exceed the 5-download limit, email us with your order number and we'll issue a new link.
