Digital Asset Transfer Terms

These terms describe how APP TEAM assists buyers with app ownership transfer, app asset transfer, software acquisition, and digital product delivery. We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise deal in Apple Developer accounts. Each transfer uses Apple's official app transfer process between two valid Apple Developer accounts.

1. What is transferred

  • Full Xcode source code for the purchased app.
  • Design assets (e.g. Figma files) shipped with the package.
  • Setup documentation, App Store listing files, and screenshots.
  • For the Complete App Package and Reserve-with-Escrow tiers: assistance with Apple's official app transfer of the existing App Store listing to your Apple Developer account.

2. What is NOT transferred

  • Apple Developer accounts. We do not sell, lease, share, or transfer developer accounts. Each party uses their own account.
  • Third-party SDK seats, paid API keys, ad-network identifiers, or any vendor relationships that are personal to APP TEAM.
  • Historical analytics, crash logs, or backend infrastructure that is not part of the documented package.

3. Buyer prerequisites

  • An active Apple Developer Program enrollment in your name or your organization's name.
  • Where Apple requires it, a valid D-U-N-S number and verified two-factor authentication on your Apple ID.
  • Acceptance of Apple's then-current App Transfer terms in App Store Connect.

4. Timelines

We initiate the app transfer within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Typical transfer completion is 1–3 business days, but Apple controls the actual review and final transfer timing — that timing is outside our control and we do not guarantee it.

5. Process

  1. Purchase is confirmed by Paddle.
  2. Source code is made available for download.
  3. APP TEAM initiates the transfer in App Store Connect to your Apple Developer account.
  4. You accept the transfer on your side.
  5. Apple reviews and completes the transfer.

6. Post-transfer responsibility

After the transfer is complete, you are solely responsible for: future updates, App Store compliance, privacy disclosures, in-app purchases, monetization configuration, marketing, and customer support for the app's end users.
